WLAN analysis and remediation can take years to master due to the complexity of the 802.11 protocol, but a solid understanding of 802.11 protocol analysis is essential to designing and troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks. Nowhere will you get a better start than with the Divergent Dynamics WLAN Analysis and Remediation course. All parts of the 802.11 protocol PHY and MAC are covered in detail, including frame formatting, frame types, frame exchanges, and system configuration, as part of the CWNP Program’s CWAP exam objectives. This course focuses on the 802.11 protocol, where much of the classroom time is spent reviewing frame contents and frame exchanges using a protocol analyzer and learning to troubleshoot Wi-Fi network problems with a protocol analyzer. This course targets support engineers, field/systems engineers, WLAN consultants, and WLAN architects, and the depth of this course is extraordinary. You won’t get this depth of content anywhere else.

If you want to be a WLAN Architect (a top-level WiFi expert) then this course is for you. It goes deep. This is an advanced course, not suitable for beginners. The Divergent Dynamics WLAN Design & Validation course covers all parts of WLAN design, deployment, validation, optimization, and documentation, and it thoroughly covers all aspects of the CWNP Program’s CWDP exam objectives. Targeting WLAN administrators, independent consultants, and field/systems engineers, this course assumes attendance in the Divergent Dynamics WLAN Administration and Operation course, CWNA certification, or equivalent knowledge.  The goal of attending this course is to learn how to perform all aspects of vendor-agnostic advanced WLAN design, deployment, validation, and optimization and to leave the class with the processes, sample documentation, and tools to be immediately productive as a WLAN Architect. In a nutshell, this course doesn’t teach you “about” WLAN Design and Validation, but rather gives you the hands-on instruction for actually performing WLAN Design and Validation. The course has many lab exercises to assure that you leave the class having done exactly what you’ll be asked to do on your very next project. All courseware is included in the price of the class and is provided on the first day of class.

Asking questions. Selling value. Handling objections. Crafting sales strategy. Closing. Analyzing the competition. Check out any sales program and you’ll likely find some of these sales skills being taught. They are the fundamentals, and they are necessary for sales success, but they are not sufficient. A study by Millennial Branding and American Express reported that 61 percent of managers surveyed felt that soft skills were more important in new hires than hard skills, or even technical skills. It’s simple enough to offer a list of traits and skills that are common to successful sales and technical professionals, but helping professionals understand their own personality and how best to communicate and to work with others is no small undertaking. While most people would say that they have a good understanding of how they operate and why, it’s truly rare to find such a self-aware individual who positively impacts everyone around them. Self-awareness aids in personal contentment, self-improvement, compassion for and understanding of others, successful communication, and conflict resolution – just to name a few. This intense three day course is focused on giving students a deep understanding of the components of their personality, how their psychological health levels progress/regress, how to improve their daily operation and communication, and how to optimize their engagement with customers and their own sales team. Common situational role play (directly related to sales) is used to help students understand how to put into practice psychological concepts.
